Abstract: With the background of promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines and the development of artificial intelligence technology in the global wide, and in response to the current situation of the teaching system construction of artificial intelligence courses, this paper analyzes the problems in the current teaching process, such as the disconnection between teaching content and industry positions, insufficient teaching resources and low quality, and the relatively homogenized teaching implementation and evaluation methods. After findings of that combining the current needs of artificial intelligence technology positions and application development, this paper proposes a reform plan for the teaching of artificial intelligence courses. In response to the fragmentation of practical teaching cases, low market adaptability, innovatively carry out case construction for majors, students, and industries, to follow up with the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence technology and job requirements, and solve the problem of insufficient teaching content. In the implementation of teaching, student-centered, problem-driven, and project-oriented approaches are emphasized to address the issues of teaching detachment from practice and limited learning hours. The integration of engineering training objectives with teaching practice is promoted through the construction of a feedback and adjustment mechanism for case teaching quality and a multi-dimensional evaluation plan for teaching effectiveness, thereby improving course effectiveness.

Abstract: At this stage, the rapid development of China's higher education and the in-depth advancement of education system reform have put forward higher requirements for campus capital construction. In this context, how to make full use of the limited infrastructure funds to meet the needs of the majority of teachers and students for campus infrastructure is an issue that is widely concerned in the field of college and university capital construction management at present. This paper reinterprets the goal of cost control from the perspective of college capital management, that is, to maximize the cost-effectiveness of the project life cycle by constructing a cost control system in the process of infrastructure management. The article combined with the actual situation of university infrastructure management, in-depth analysis of the project implementation process of cost control commonly faced by the difficulties and problems, by summarizing the years of experience in infrastructure work, from the infrastructure project feasibility study report preparation, program and construction drawing design, bidding management, construction management, settlement audit and so on several aspects of the cost control of the specific measures listed one by one. After analyzing and researching, it is pointed out that the cost control of university infrastructure projects is carried out throughout the whole process of project construction, which is a forward-looking, dynamic and systematic management activity, and it requires active communication and close cooperation among all the participants to form a complete management system in order to realize the ultimate goal of cost control.

Abstract: Education is the most primary sector in the world, making a significant contribution to national and international development. Different countries have their own national education policies, as well as international policies. As part of the globe, Ethiopia has its own curriculum for various programs aimed at attaining quality education by increasing the competency of learners. This review paper primarily examines the pre-and post-implementation challenges and measures of Exit Exam, which are intended to be implemented at Ethiopian higher education public and privet institution under-graduate programs to improve and ensure the quality of education, and then to increase employment and competency rates. For this review purpose different researches, curriculum documents, education policies, guidelines from institutional, national and international perspectives are reviewed. In Ethiopia, Various exit exams are given for students, such as the ministry exam for grade eight, the matric exam for grade ten, an Entrance exam for grade twelve, and now the exit exam is planned to be given for undergraduate university students at their final year to measure the overall competence of learners and their institute. This review focuses on exit exam significances and challenges in terms of implementation to measure the attitude, knowledge and skill of graduates in terms of engineering competency such as field work skills, experimental skills, programing skills, analytical skills as the exit exam is multiple choice types. For solving those gaps, a critical recommendation of pre and post implementation strategies are indicated for education policy makers and curriculum experts for preparing guideline for exit exam to enhance and assure engineering graduates competences. From this assessment based review, literatures strongly agree the presences and importance of exit exam for university graduates, but they indicate also the pre and post implementation gaps of this exam, in which this review paper try to address this gaps.
