Abstract: To develop and strengthen the educational and research base of higher educational institutions of the republic of Uzbekistan, which is based on the principle of the unity of scientific and educational processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the economy, defining social and spiritual development of society. The creation of educational and scientific industrial complexes is required today taking into account existing and future needs of the economy, the priorities of science, technology and innovation policy in the interests of science organizations and their effective interaction with the organization. The innovative component is main factor determining the socio-economic development of any country in the XXI century. The innovative way of development allows mastering such a niche in the socio-economic environment, which can contribute to solve the pressing problems of society and economies with the high complexity, learn new modern industry, realize human potential, expand the market for intellectual products, improve the effectiveness of innovation activity, i.e. educational, technological, cultural and moral as well.

Abstract: Nursing profession is the key partner of health care industry which going through transformational changes considering diverse needs arise from the society and population in which it should be practiced. A diverse complex of political, economic, socio-cultural and environmental factor is directly affect profession through numerous routes. Abstract: For the last two decades, creativity continued to occupy a prominent position in public as well as academic discourses in many parts of the world. As creativity depends on knowledge, curiosity, imagination, and evaluation, so focusing on these four pillars in education will increase its development. Fostering students’ creativity and innovation capabilities has always been at the heart of universities’ endeavor and engagement. The aim of this study is to illustrate the links between innovating learning tools and students’ creativity. Media-reinforced cooperative studying domains may assist foster creative and critical thinking in net-generation business students; there are obstacles to the acceptation of these instruments both from the viewpoint of teachers and students. Regardless of these rejections, most students liked the non-linear, multi-media feature of the innovative learning domain and wanted more such actions to be advanced hereafter.

Abstract: This paper gives an overview of the existing models and examples of regional and international higher education quality assurance arrangements. In the case of regional quality assurance arrangements, whilst acknowledging that these exist in all continents, the authors deliberately and specifically provide examples on developments in Africa. Although no particular model is proposed, the authors recommend that, by adopting good practices from the different models, it is possible to foster greater international cooperation as a way of responding to the regulatory demands of globalisation.
